This financial institution is such a bogus company on the website states thier are two working but everyone of the phone numbers you call the same person answers. [redacted] has treating us with total disrespect, rude, with no business edicate. There is no conversation with him he is the conversation. When he gets cornered by a question he hangs up. He has caller id so when you try to get a hold of him to get things resolve so the person doesn't be with out a vehicle he will not answer.I know this because I had to call with different phone numbers.he treats everyone like if they were criminals not wanting to pay there bills.I say everyone because I have friends who bought vehicles around the same time we did and he did the same to them. He is a private lender so he makes up his own rules such as having to pay up the butt with a high deductible of 250 for ins.he says that its in our contract, well its not. In my case all wasgreat until my husband had to be in hospital for a month and we had no help in our payments to keep gps onso I had to leave my 17 yr old daughter to care for her 3younger brothers due to was stuck at hospital with my husband. (And it says on back of contract they can help by differing your payments at the end of the loan of course with a $15 charge) well that did not happen he said that ww made a commitment to pay every week and no matter what that we need to keep that commitment that we should borrow money from someone to pay our payment. Oh wow he just likes to see people suffer. He is just plain out unprofessional.I would not not [redacted] on him if he was on fire. I am a calm person but he makes my blood boil.
