Hired this agency - aides left my relative in the car - windows rolled up in degree weather! Then left her in the hands of a minor to care for herAides brought BED BUGS & ROACHES INTO THE HOMEHad to fumigate twice! Roach dirt everywhere - they didn't even clean out the silverware drawer! Gross!!! They stole 1/closet full of clothes, housewares, jewelryTemp in the home was very high - MOLD grew!!!! They left her at the table alone with a PB sandwich, and went to take a nap! BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY - STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU!!!!

The housekeeping services are absolutely not worth the cost. I think its something like $20 an hour and you would do much better with a cleaning service. For example, toilets not scrubbed, floors not mopped, house not dusted. In the 3 hours the person was there, I was hard pressed to see what was done other than laundry. This may vary from franchise to franchise but the one out of Stanton should be avoided
