We are very sorry for any inconvenience and un-due stress added to these homeowners. There were some delays in construction and we were trying to accommodate a deadline that the buyers had for their loan lock, so we closed the home prior to a few remaining repairs being completed. It was
our understanding that they were not moving in until October 20th and we had that time frame to complete the repairs. All outstanding repairs were completed today, October 9. The home being left unlocked was an oversight and certainly not acceptable. We have had the home re-keyed and wish to express our sincere apologies regarding these matters

[This consumer rebuttal message was received by Revdex.com via email and is a copy/paste by ***Thanks for the call this morning. Here are our additional comments. The truck was definitely delivered to us with a bad alternator and multiple intermittent electrical faults due to the remnants of a previously installed fleet tracking system. If the alternator didn’t fail in transport, it should have been identified by the dealer or the CarChex folks who did the check/inspection. The truck also had two “blem” batteries which may have contributed to the failure of our alternator. Both “blem” batteries were probably the lowest quality batteries one could put in the vehicle as “new” replacements. I’d put them in the same category as the cheap off-brand tires the dealer put on the vehicleThe spare tire was very badly dry rotted, which also should have been caught during the check/inspection we bought. Finally, the truck has significant corrosion damage on the chassis. The dealer sprayed undercoating in the wheelwells to hide all the rustThe bed does not appear to be original, since its underside looks brand new compared to the underside of the cab, and the wiring harnesses and body mounts have clearly been disturbed. Thanks again for all of your help on our case.*** ***

Like the client said, there was a Carchex inspection done on the vehicle and none of these issues came up in the inspectionOn some vehicle, we do use blem batteries to try and keep our cost down so we don't have to charge a high retail price.? In conversations with the client, nothing was ever said about corrosion or a dry rotted spare tireIn regards to the bed, yes we do put on new beds if neededKeep in mind that these are work trucks and they do have some bed damageVery common for us to replace with a new bed and new bed linerPlease keep in mind that we do undercoat these trucksWe are not trying to hide rust but to protect the vehicleThe majority of these trucks come out of Canada, where they do not use salt on their roads, or they come out of southern statesWe are not buying trucks from Ohio, PA, or Michigan that do have rust issues
