Hello, in regards to Complaint #***As of 6/18/the problem with the spa has been resolvedWe had made several trips which is 1/hrs away from usThe same hose kept splitting out and leaking water out on to the deckWe have been working with

I am rejecting this response because:
Well, I spoke last Friday to the business and was informed that they would call me by COB that day to schedule the repairs.   I haven't heard anything from them.   I just called today and I was told it wasn't spa season, it's  pool season and they are busy.   After expressing my  discern, they have  scheduled me for tomorrow to do the work.  I will let you know if this happens.   They have ignored the fact that I have water damage.   I have spoke with the manufacturer and have been told this falls under their warranty, so before I am satisfied with this complaint I will need to have this replaced also.Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:
I reject for multiple reasons. The response was inaccurate. They haven't made multiple trips for "this" issue. They made other trips for bad jet covers and to replace a panel that "they" damaged on initial set up. I also am not satisfied with the deteriorated make left on the spa and gazebo where the spa is placed. The wood has visible damage from being wet for so long. They stated its 1.5 hours for them. I live 37 miles from them via Google maps. Since my complaints against them via Revdex.com and via the manufacturer of the hot tub (I was trying to get another company to service my spa), I have received a $40 BILL for a trip to do the last repair.
