I am rejecting this response because:Paperwork that I receive has wrong information total bill was $2650 and on invoice is $2500 and I don't see any information about warranty. He just type that there is 1 year labor warranty and 10 year unit warranty. I didn't get any confirmation number from warranty. And message that he send me when he install unit is 2 year labor warranty and 10 year unit warranty. I will attach invoice.Thanks,

To whom it may concern,I am sorry for the mistake on the last invoice that was printed. The invoice amount has been updated to the accurate amount. I am sorry there was a miscommunication about the warranty. Our company, Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling, gives a ONE year LABOR warranty, and TEN year PARTS warranty. There is no "conformation number" for our warranties. The invoice is your proof of warranty and we too have the warranty in our records through the invoice. Per the owner of Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling, the complainant's brother was on the phone when the complainant gave permission to the do the job while the complainant was out of country.
