Dear Revdex.com: Date: September 7, Regarding: Complaint and ID number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] ** Columbia, MO Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling installed a new, ½ ton ***t system, in the below listed customers home ***t is Carrier equipment We serviced the new unit three times to add Freon, with the result being the coil in the new system had a leak After this discovery, a new coil was installed, and the system is working properly An invoice was sent to Mr [redacted] on September 5, In the invoice, his warranty and total cost of job was included Thank you, [redacted] Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling

I am rejecting this response because:Paperwork that I receive has wrong information total bill was $and on invoice is $and I don't see any information about warrantyHe just type that there is year labor warranty and year unit warrantyI didn't get any confirmation number from warrantyAnd message that he send me when he install unit is year labor warranty and year unit warrantyI will attach invoice.Thanks,

To whom it may concern,I am sorry for the mistake on the last invoice that was printed. The invoice amount has been updated to the accurate amount I am sorry there was a miscommunication about the warranty. Our company, Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling, gives a ONE year LABOR warranty, and TEN year PARTS warranty. There is no "conformation number" for our warranties. The invoice is your proof of warranty and we too have the warranty in our records through the invoice Per the owner of Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling, the complainant's brother was on the phone when the complainant gave permission to the do the job while the complainant was out of countryThank you, *** ***Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling
