Not a good experience
I have never felt so disrespected by a professional.

COMFORT DENTAL STUDIO

I went to this Dentist after being recommended by a friend. Prior to coming to this dentist, I went to 3 other dentists to get estimates of over $20,000+ worth of services. I applied for dental insurance and took out a line of credit to pay for my services. I did not inform anyone of this fact, for the sole purpose of seeing how I would be treated not knowing I had the money to pay in full. Everyone is nice to you as long as they know you have money to pay. The Dentist has a great personality, but the business acumen is in question. My first visit was great. My second visit was great. The third visit wasn't good. The dentist had his assistant to perform my blood pressure check. The machine squeezed my arm a little harder than normal. The office was extremely hot. I normally like heat, but it was miserably hot in the office. There was also no armrest on the chair. After having my pressure checked twice my pressure was higher than normal. I made the decision to just leave because the dental assistant treated me in a way I did not use to being treated and I had a bad day. I rescheduled the appointment and came back and went through the same issues. I questioned the way the pressure was taken and then the dentist began to firmly request I get a primary care physician. I have a primary care physician who is also an OB/GYN, and I see every 2-3 months. He insisted that this was not sufficient. I authorized the dentist to call my primary care physician and he had the dental assistant to call that, I had informed the office manager that she was rude to me call my primary care physician. I did not care for that at all and I believe that demonstrated poor professional judgment, because that assistant probably wanted me gone, due to my prior complaint. I visited this office four times and did not receive any services, not even cleaning. Each visit required me to take approximately 3 hours out of my day to get prepared, drive, and participate in the appointment. I felt like my time was wasted, that my integrity was put into question, a man was telling me what to do with my body, insulted because he was speaking to me as if I was a person who did not take care of themselves and that I was ignorant about my body. The Office Manager is very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with this Dentist, up until the last two visits. When I pick professionals I stay with them for years. The Dental Assistant that greeted me was rude, curt, and made me feel uncomfortable. I don't know this to be fact, but her behavior came off jealous and envious. Her presence was unsettling. I am well educated and can comprehend the English language extensively. If you want a high level of customer service this is not the place to go. If you aren't as concerned about customer service, then this is the place to go. I believe this dentist is competent, but the environment created discomfort for me. I have informed the person who referred me to this dentist of the events. I try my best to support businesses that have good customer service. I will travel any distance to go to a place where I am treated with respect, dignity, and more importantly, listened to when speaking. I have since scheduled an appointment with a dentist that is a 1hour and 15 minutes from my house, because, that dentist and his staff made me feel comfortable when I went to visit his office. The dentist nor the staff have apologized. I later found out that my insurance did not cover my major treatment items, from the new dentist's office. With that stated, I think this office wanted to get me to leave because of that, instead of having a conversation about the situation. I believe this could have been avoided with just some simple communication. More evidence of poor customer service. I normally don't do bad reviews or reviews at all, but I felt so disrespected when I left this office. This review isn't written in malice, it is written with the hope that this office will improve the way they handle their business.

Brothers believes it was torn..Good Brothers Painting when moving a stove, washer, dyer, fridge or freezer uses these steps to do this kind of moving job #1 We pick it up with 2 men and use a felt slider safety cushion between the floor and the feet,if it can not be picked up we ask the homeowner to empty it of all its contents so it can be picked up . In Mr. [redacted] case it could be moved by 2 men and was safety cushioned by felt slide movers without emptying it ( I will add Mr [redacted] told Nate "2 men didnt move it and cushions weren't used" but all 3 men on the job and in the room said he wasn't in the room when they moved the fridge) . Items as big as these can not be slide on a linoleum, wood or tile floor it will scratch, rip or crack the floor . When we left Mr [redacted]'s home @ 3:30pm the fridge was away from the wall 2ft as he asked @ 10:32 pm that night 7 hours later he called our office left a message and said "We have a problem Your guys ripped my floor please get back with me ." the next morning 1st thing with no hesitation Nate went and looked at it explained to him how we move items and asked him who put the fridge back Mr [redacted] said "I did" and when asked how did you put it back Mr. [redacted] said "I slide it back" and when asked again by Nate " So you are saying by yourself you slide this fridge back into place?" Mr. [redacted] said "Yes, who else is gonna help me" and Nate Said "A fridge cannot be slide on a cushion back linoleum flooring like this and at this point I dont believe we did this and on top of that if you look at the flooring you can see that it has spin marks in it as if you may have even try to spin walk it into place because it wasnt sliding very good." At that point Mr [redacted] asked Nate to leave his home. So he did...... Estimated time in Mr [redacted]'s home disusing this issue 20 min.

Mr [redacted]'s answer is basically what I expected. I know I can't prove that his employees damaged my floor but it seems convenient that the water line started leaking exactly at the moment when the refrigerator was to be moved back to its original position.
