Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your response is a lie in that I never presented insurance for dental careI had and have no dental insuranceAt no time did I ever tell anyone that I had dental insuranceAny procedure I had was paid for, by debit card, upfront and at no time would any of your dentists and their assistants, for which I was never told about, perform any work beyond what I paid for at the time of my appointmentNot only would they never do anything for which I had paid but much of the work was done by the assistants and it was shoddy at bestAlso, the "cleaning" which your dentist did seemed like too much of a chore for her judging by her heavy sighs and she did a piss poor job Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Comfort dental has a " gold card" $that is good for fillings, cleaning etcIf you don't get it your estimate will go up ( surprisingly $150)I was there for and upper denture ONLYHAD A PANARAMIC Cray plus other staysI thought the PANARAMIC have the BEST picture and the others Jack up the price.only too happy to call family member about a instant paymentBAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION

the matter at hand and even received a few checks fromthe insurance companyI would also like to say that *** *** is not a patient of *** ***'sand we was kind enough to make a spread sheet of all the payments received in detail.Please let me know if I can do anything else.Thanks for your time.*** **

Dear Mr. [redacted], On your first visit to this office, after the treatment plan was reviewed, you signed up for the CD Gold Plan, which is a reduced fee schedule. Attached is an itemized bill of your account.  On your second visit, you informed us of an additional insurance that you had....

 We collected the patient portion of your insurance only, not the full fee.  We received some reimbursement from your insurance,but your insurance did not cover some services due to eligibility issues.  Multiple insurance eligibility cards were shown. We received no payment from [redacted] and [redacted].  The only payment we received from [redacted] was partial payment for 2 fillings done on 3/21/2015, [redacted].There was obviously a misunderstanding that you had paid in full. You paid the patient portion of your account, and when we did not receive reimbursement from the Insurance, you were billed.  I apologize for the misunderstanding, but we did all we could to collect from your insurances, but eligibility was an issue.

The dentist cracked a neighboring tooth while doing a root canal. It now has an infection and needs a root canal. To top it off they said they didn't do anything wrong and want me to pay $300 plus to if it! If you want to keep your teeth go somewhere else. This is the second time I have had that happen there!!!
