Hello,We at Fiber-Fab LLC firmly stand behind our warranty and take pride in our service to fix all factory issues that may occur in a timely mannerWhen our units are discovered to have faults we make prompt communications with the appropriate parties to get the damage fixedWith that said, our warranty has limits to protect Fiber-Fab from malicious warranty inquiriesThe warranty, as stated on our website www.fiberfab.com, states that the warranty does not apply to any units that have been subjected to accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized use, unreasonable use, or an act of GodThis is a common warranty practice in the shower manufacturing industryBecause of these limits we take steps to ensure that our units match our expectationsAll units go through a quality control process and are looked at from top to bottom by well-trained workersThis prevents factory issuesThe next quality check step is in shipping where damage can often occurWhen dropping off our units we have the group that is receiving the unit(s) to inspect all units for damage or defectIf they see any damage or defect they do not sign off on the units so we may make a new, flawless unit for themFrom there the receiver owns the unit and may do with it at their discretion. It appears that your unit was received and signed to be in "good quality" by the wholesaler that you purchased it from and we do have the official documents for that transactionThis tells me that the units received on that day did not have any damagesThis includes any bad repair work or cracksAny damages that occurred after that day would not be due to the factory except in special circumstancesThe damages that you had described in our communications appear to be caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized use, unreasonable use, or an act of God which would have occurred after the wholesaler had received the units and signed for them to be in "good condition"It is because of that reason that we cannot reimburse you for any damages to the unit under our warrantyThank you,Logan G***

Hello,As you have shown with an attachment of a word document the communications between our warranties personnel and you have matched our previous response on Revdex.comThat is, we stand behind our warranty in all cases that the warranty would cover a unit such as in the case of a manufacturing issueHowever, as the warranty located on www.fiberfab.com states, the "warranty is null and void if the unit has been subjected to accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized use, unreasonable use, or an act of God." The unit in question was deemed to be in good quality when it was received by the wholesaler whom you purchased it fromThat is, the units were inspected by a receiving party and were given a signature to be received in good qualityThis indicates that the damages that have occurred to your unit have occurred after leaving the factory in good quality and being received by a wholesaler in good qualityThus, for the damages to occur to your unit must have been due to the unit being subjected to accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized use, unreasonable use, or an act of GodI do not know nor do I wish to speculate on how the damages could have occurred after the wholesaler received them. The communications between our warranties personnel and you show that the warranties personnel communicated the above reason as to why Fiber-Fab will not reimburse a unit with which the warranty is null and void as well as the reason the warranty is null and void and the unit in questionIf you believe the unit was not signed for by the receiving wholesaler party to be in good quality you may request to see the documentation and we at Fiber-Fab can produce that for you and the Revdex.comWe take it upon ourselves to serve our clients with open communication and honestyIf you believe our warranty does not expressly state the above quoted statements please advise how we may reiterate this clause for future purposes.Thank you,Logan G***

warranty has limits to protect Fiber-Fab from malicious warranty inquiries. The warranty, as stated on our website www.fiberfab.com, states that the warranty does not apply to any units that have been subjected to accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized use, unreasonable use, or an act of God. This is a common warranty practice in the shower manufacturing industry. Because of these limits we take steps to ensure that our units match our expectations. All units go through a quality control process and are looked at from top to bottom by well-trained workers. This prevents factory issues. The next quality check step is in shipping where damage can often occur. When dropping off our units we have the group that is receiving the unit(s) to inspect all units for damage or defect. If they see any damage or defect they do not sign off on the units so we may make a new, flawless unit for them. From there the receiver owns the unit and may do with it at their discretion. It appears that your unit was received and signed to be in "good quality" by the wholesaler that you purchased it from and we do have the official documents for that transaction. This tells me that the units received on that day did not have any damages. This includes any bad repair work or cracks. Any damages that occurred after that day would not be due to the factory except in special circumstances. The damages that you had described in our communications appear to be caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, unauthorized use, unreasonable use, or an act of God which would have occurred after the wholesaler had received the units and signed for them to be in "good condition". It is because of that reason that we cannot reimburse you for any damages to the unit under our warranty. Thank you,Logan G[redacted]

Three (3) in total. All tubs were covered while other work was happening such as texturing and vinyl flooring installed. After my plumber installed Moen faucets, bought from Consolidated, we were able to start cleaning all the tubs. We discovered the issues while cleaning.  I can see the damage on the left of the tub had to come from the factory that way as it was unfinished work that someone starting repairing and did not follow through with the repair. I am concerned that I received a shower/tub that should have been sold as a defective shower/tub, a factory "second" or blemished product.[redacted]

I looked in our shipping and receiving history log and the units were signed off by Consolidated to be “in apparent good order” when they were originally shipped. This includes their receiver checking all of the units they received for damages that Fiber-Fab may have caused. I suggest that you contact the Consolidated store you were originally working with and have them resolve this for you. [redacted] From: Logan G[redacted] [mailto:[redacted]] Sent: Monday, February 13, 2017 12:42 PMTo: [redacted], [redacted] ISubject: RE: FIBERFAB 103TWKDC LH WHT 3 PIECEHello,We firmly stand behind the warranty. As you can see in the second paragraph, Fiber-Fab’s warranty “is null and void” if a unit “has been subjected to accident, abuse misuse, unauthorized use, unreasonable use, or an act of God.” Our shipping process of having our shipper and the wholesaler’s receiver check the product for quality is one of our steps to assure the quality of our units. We cannot control any accidents or misuse of a unit following that transfer. That is why you should contact the wholesaler you originally purchased it from if any damages happened when they shipped it to you.Thank you,Logan G[redacted]From: Logan G[redacted] Sent: Thursday, February 16, 2017 9:30 AMTo: '[redacted]' <[redacted]>Cc: '[redacted], [redacted] I' <[redacted]>Subject: Tub/Shower RepairHello,I need a repair on one of our Fiber-Fab units in the Eugene area. 3 pictures of the damages are attached.
