The service call Mr. [redacted] placed was for service and not for an estimate. The technician was at the customer's home for one hour...
working on air conditioner; defrosting the evaporator coil. Tech told customer it was low on charge and there was a leak at the a-coil. Tech advised customer we could charge system, customer told tech to leave the home. When the tech contacted me and explained the situation, I told him to leave. Customer refused to pay the $79.95 service call as well. As far as Mr.. [redacted] stating we left him in 90 degrees temperature; we were more than willing to fix the problem and get them cooling but he refused service. We do our very best to satisfy each and every customer we serve and are disappointed we were not able to do so in this situation.
