I am rejecting this response because: they already done before wht never fixed

per the agreement the customer agreed to another item which arrived damaged and per the customer we reordered the item for exchange after the item had been ordered the customer called to cancel the item however per store policy there is a 30% restocking fee on all canceled orders

The factory has serviced the sofa set we can send out a third party repair person who has been approved by the factory sales rep if this will work please let us know and we will have the repair tech call and schedule a window to come and service the set.

I do not have the agreement anymore. Upon paying off the lease, I disposed of the receipt. You can ask Comfort Furniture for a copy. They definitely should have it on file, and the lease is through [redacted] which do not give detailed reports of the lease online.. All it states in the agreement is a "dinning set". No specific catalog number or anything of that sort. But what was verbally agreed upon, Comfort Furniture did not fulfill the agreement. Instead they  brought something completely different than agreed upon and tried to pass it off for being okay. I did not get what I originally agreed upon and they continued to try and fix the mistake but something kept going wrong, from sending the wrong item a second time, to damaging the item that we settled on. Its been bad business the entire time. I should have not had to pay the 30% restocking fee considering all of the inconvenience they have caused me. I will never go there again.

Hello this issue has already been resolved items where picked up from customers house and a refund was issued

I am rejecting this response because:YES they did pick up the furniture set. However, not a FULL refund was issued. I still have to pay the 30% restocking fee. They were the ones that messed...

up the order. Only a partial refund has been issued and I feel as tho a FULL refund should be issued. Remaining amount to be paid: 30% restocking fee of $299.00+tax

bring the merchandise in. Once the merchandise is at our location it is determined weather or not it is a defect or misuse. If it is in fact a defect the manufacturing company will then pick up the items from us for either repair or replacement. Please be aware we do not perform repairs at the store and replacements are at the discrepancy of the wholesaler not us. Any further questions please feel free to contact us at [redacted]

Review: Purchased a sofa loveseat set that has faulty upholstery it has quickly become discolored from brown to an off white any where you have routine seating.Desired Settlement: replacement
