Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning

Comfort Heating's technician arrived at my home this Monday, January 6, 2014. I called them because the pilot light on my gas forced air furnace kept going out. There are several companies that perform this type of service and notknowing who to choose and after a recent bad experience with a Billings company, I requested the advice of my friend, formerly from Billings, who now lives in Coeur d'Alene. She immediately called a relative in Billings that had recently built a new home and he suggested Comfort Heating. I actually made contact with several other companies before making a final decision to set up an appointment with Comfort Heating.
Their service on Monday was probably one of the most positive experiences I have had with repairs to my home. Comfort's technician took his time to listen to my concerns when arriving and after his repairs, he thoroughly explained everything that he repaired and the testing of my furnace during that process. The final cost was a fraction of what I expected. I believe that this was due to the technical knowledge demonstrated by the technician as well as the company not requiring an upfront
"diagnostic fee" which several other companies quoted me prior to my making a final decision. I am beyond grateful to have been directed to Comfort Heating. It is invaluable to have a "trusted company" ranging from auto to home repairs. Comfort Heating is now in my list of trusted reputable companies and I will be referring my associates to them for business!
