we have contacted customer and explained that we need the vehicle to perform needed repairsvehicle is not at our facility and we have left messages for the customer to contact FCA with a good contact phone numberthe problem has to be
resolved with the manufacture or the vehicle needs to come to our facility so we can perform repairs

Today, the finance department at Hemet CDJR will be instructed to contact Avid Financial , speak with the person you mentioned to ask that the inquiry with them to be removed

I am rejecting this response because:Although the response is a very good first
step (*** *** has already contacted me), the issue is still not closed. *** *** seems to be working the issue. He took the necessary info and assured me the issue would get resolved. However, I have received such assurances from a previous person from the dealership handling the issue, so until the issue is actually resolved (i.e., warranty refunds are provided to me or the loan holder) I do not think the issue is resolved

This issue has been resolved. Customer was reimbursed 100% and the vehicle has been taken back. Thank you!

We regret any confusion during the sales process with this customer. We strongly object to the customer's assertion of dishonesty. This customer wrongly believes that just because they present a fill-in -the blanks Credit Union check, that we are exempted from our own due diligence. Sometimes these...

checks are fake. It is a standard, and completely legal auto business practice to obtain an independent credit report to assure the customer is as represented. We understand how protective a customer will be of a fico score of 800 plus. While a inquiry does drop the individual's score, it is only a very slight drop. This is only temporary.
This customer asks for "something extra" for our dishonesty. We don't begin our business day by asking ourselves-how can we be dishonest today. We are NOT dishonest, and we will not be giving this customer anything to make up for anything we didn't do. Also, this customer states that she will not ever be returning to our dealership. Nor will her friends and family, nor will the entire Hemet Fire dept. We regret her position and will now consider this matter closed without any further review.

DURING THE 1ST VISIT ON 3/21 - NO REPAIRS WERE MADE TO THE VEHICLE - CUSTOMER CLAIMED THE SERVICE TRANSMISSION SOON LIGHT WAS ON. WE TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE 6 MILES AND THE LIGHT WAS NOT ON. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE. ON THE 2ND VISIT ON 3/25 THE...

CUSTOMER STATED THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT DRIVE PAST 30MPH. AFTER SENDING A SCAN REPORT TO TECH ASSISTANCE, WE WERE ADVISED BY FCA TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY. DURING THIS VISIT TO ENSURE THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED PROPERELY WE TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE A TOTAL OF 67 MILES. BETWEEN BOTH VISITS THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN A TOTAL OF 73 MILES. THIS VEHICLE AVGERAGES 27 MPG DRIVING IN THE CITY. WE WOULD HAVE USED 2.703 GALLONS OF GAS TO PROPERELY REPAIR THIS VEHICLE. IT IS NOT THE DEALERSHIP RESPONSIBILTY NOR THE FACTORYS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE FUEL TO DIAGNOSIS VEHICLES. HOWEVER, IN THE INTEREST OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WE WOULD BE WILLING TO REIMBURSE THE CUSTOMER FOR A TOTAL OF 5 GALLONS OF GAS SOLEY AS A GOODWILL TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WE WOULD ALSO BE WILLING TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER A FULL INTERIOR/EXTERIOR DETAIL AT NO CHARGE. ALSO THIS CUSTOMER WAS PROVIDED ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION FOR 16 DAYS AT NO COST TO THEM. UNFORTUNATELY, OUR DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIT WITH LEMON LAW AS THERE HAS ONLY BEEN ONE REPAIR ATTEMPT MADE ON THIS VEHICLE AT OUR DEALERSHIP. THE CUSTOMER CAN BRING A RECIEPT FOR 5 GALLONS OF GAS TO DIEGO RIVERA AND WILL BE REIMBURSED. AT THIS TIME WE CAN ALSO PROVIDE THE DETAIL.
