Our air conditioner was not cooling. The first company that came out informed us we needed a whole new unit. We informed that we have connection to get the parts and he informed us that that's how they make their money. He supposedly added Freon and went on his way. But according to the second guy he had actually let Freon out. The next guy came by and said the Freon was low. So again more Freon.
When Comfort solutions came out, they actually came into the house and inspected the unit. He cleaned the A-frame and squirrel cage and it has been working like a dream. Chace, The technician was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. This is a class act. Thank you so much.
