Review: online advertising states airport transportation we have stayed at this hotel more than 6 times and never had an issue. we booked hotel for the 17th of june 2013 departed

which we caught a shuttle to airport at 4:00am on the 18th of June. on checking in on the 17th I advised the front desk that our return flight would not land till 1:05 am on the 25th of June and they said no problem . Upon landing on the 25th at 1:00am in philly we had an issue with the luggage as it was left in Miami on I attempted to call hotel only to be told that they do not pick up after 1:00am . Then an [redacted] associate called the hotel and asked for them to send a pickup at airport . The hotel told her that they do not pick up after 1:00am because all the computers are shut down . We ended up pay $20.00 for a cab to hotel and when I went to front desk at about 2:20 am on the 25th I was so irate that I asked to have the room comped and I was driving home that night. Needless to say the front desk rep refused to help rectify the issue. Needless to say after spending thousand dollar at this hotel just in the past 18 months to be treated this way is not acceptableDesired Settlement: comp room and taxi ride at the very minimun
