Review: Me and my family check in on June 7th on the next mirning everyone had complaints that they found bed bugs we tried to go to anither hotel clise to our event they were either booked or to expensive do to last minute. I took the bed bugs we caught to front office only one of us was able to move to another room that also had bed bugs. We had to sleep on the floor in our rooms. I have bites on my body I family member went to the hispital. We would like a refund of our 6 rooms and proof they are fixing the problem. I also contacted customer service and plus sent them picture of bed bug no response still.Desired Settlement: Refund for all 6 rooms at the rate we paid
