The guest was offered to move when the indicient happend we inspected the room and found nothing on the sheetsThe guest called to the hotel hostile and rude so yes I did get short with her concerning the situationThen she began to lecture me on what I should be doingAnd a points cost me
$dollar's which is the same amount of the discount she received.

(The following was copy/paste by Revdex.com staff - [redacted]In my initial complaint, I did state that I would like a full refund. I feel this is warranted due to the inconvenience of having to move to a different room, without any assistance from the hotel, having blood on my sheets and the unprofessional responses I have received from the General Manager ( Owner) of this establishment. We had booked 2 rooms side by side to be next to our other group for various reasons. Having to move all the way to the other side was unacceptable. Mr. [redacted] continues to stick to" there was no blood" on the sheets because they checked the incorrect room. This was told to me by the manager on duty Monday morning. We were originally in room 203 ( this is where the blood was) and moved to 238.In Mr. B[redacted]'s response to this complaint, he stated I was rude and hostile. I'm not sure where that response came from. I was never rude, or hostile to him or his staff. I am appalled that he would speak of me in that manner when it was him that was very unprofessional to the point I ask to speak with someone else.  Mr. B[redacted] stated there was no one else and he didn't report to anyone. It was just him and his brother and he was unavailable. I'm currently trying to see if I can have the phone conversation between Mr. B[redacted] and I pulled as I take his accusations ( Rude and Hostile)  very seriously. Mr. B[redacted] was very difficult to deal with. Even in the beginning of the phone conversation, I had to actually ask him several times if it was Mr. B** that I was speaking with. He refused to give me that information until I explained to him the only reason I'm asking is " His staff informed me he was the only one that could help me.  He then said "Yes" this is he. When you make reservations to stay at a hotel, you book with the hopes of it being nice, clean and comfortable. You don't go expecting to have blood on your sheets. This hotel I feel didn't go above and beyond to show that they cared. No apologies, or assistance in moving to the other room, unprofessional responses from the owner. His only worry is that he had to pay $10.00 for 1000 point that I will have to use back into a Mychoice hotel.

Company responded via phone as follows:At the day of the check in, the hotel was aware of the problem.  The consumer was advised of the problem and was told they could acquire other accommodations but they chose to stay.  They were given 10% off their stay.  Other guests did complain...

as well.  Upon realizing this would be an extended time period, a sign was put up in the lobby.  The hotel is awaiting parts to repair the boiler.
