Once again, there was nothing found in your room at all. No bugs, no bed bugs, nothing! The health department of Denver that you called and came an inspected the room can verify that...
with their report as they found nothing as well.
We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us and feel like we owe you more for something that is not our fault or responsibility. We did our part and refunded your stay because you were not 100% satisfied. We will be doing nothing further for you.

Your staff told us there WERE bed bugs. They had the maids check and they confirmed it. That is the truth. If you record phone calls, this would be verified. This is an OUTRIGHT lie on your part and is completely unethical. The reason the health department didn't find anything is because you had the room treated (which your staff also told us). All we are looking for is an apology and ethical handling of the situation. Do you realize we had to pay $2,000 to treat our house? You at least owed us a phone call and a sincere apology. You lied to coporate ([redacted]) telling them you called us and emailed us when you didn't. All I can say is karma. Karma will take care of this. When you outright lie to people it comes back in some way or another. I sincerely hope you treat other guests better than you treated us. And that you would learn to treat others as you would want to be treated.
