Hello,We did have Mr [redacted] and his family stay with usHe was unhappy with his stay due to the noise from the guests above himHe did come down to the desk minutes after the guest above him checked inWe did call up to the room above him to inform them that they had had a noise complaint lodged against them and we would need them to settle inMr [redacted] came back to the desk again one more time that night and demanded that the desk agent call the room again which he did so again with Mr [redacted] still standing at the deskWe told them that they would have to be quietWe were completely full that night or we would have offered to move one of the guest to resolve the issueWhen I arrived the next morning I talked with Mr [redacted] and he told me how unhappy he wasI stated that we would be able to move him to a different room down the hall once housekeeping had cleaned one of the checkoutsHe told me no that it was too late and he would be leaving for the dayHe stated that we had to move the guest above him or he would call the police that night any time that they made a soundWe tried several times to get ahold of the guests in the room above him to see if they would be willing to move to avoid any further issues and never received an answerWe are no able to just go in a guest room and move belongings with no permissionWe asked Mr [redacted] several times if he wanted to move the next day and he just kept saying no you have to move them not meThey are the problem not meI did also contact Mr [redacted] via email to apologize that he was unhappy with his stay on 7/7/I do have the email saved as well if that is needed I can forward the emailWe did try and resolve the situation while he was here but he was unhappy with every suggestion we madeWe apologize that you feel that this was not taken care ofWe can not issue a refundHowever we would be willing to discount a future stay
