Due to the fact that a response is required by the Revdex.com, we will respond. Mr. [redacted] is walking a fine line of slander and it is not appreciated. Personal attacks about my religious beliefs or my devotion to the church that I belong and attend on a weekly basis are obviously not pertinent in this matter. Therefore, this will be our last correspondence in this matter. Response 1, Correct, we separated ourselves from the AAA affiliation a while ago because of the controlling requirements associated with the AAA affiliation. Our website and our Facebook pages can not be edited by S&S Research. We have an outside firm that we hire to control the web site and Facebook. We advised them to remove the AAA advertisement along with a few other changes a while ago.Responses 2-7, our only comment would be to read our original response. The rest is non-sense. Response 8, As previously stated, we have separate logo paper. NOT A PRINTED WATERMARK. Response 9-11, our only comment would be to read our original response. The rest is non-sense.Response to your conclusion, WOW. We have no response to that. Please see original response. The personal attacks are not necessary and definitely shows your character. I also do not care to hear what will satisfy you and to "ALLOW THE DISPUTE TO REMAIN UNPUBLISHED". Blackmail is also not appreciated. HERE IS MY RESOLUTION:I WILL REIMBURSE YOUR FINANCES FOR WHAT WE HAVE DONE THAT COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE AN OIL LEAK THAT I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF UNTIL THE Revdex.com COMPLAINT. I WILL REIMBURSE YOU 2.8 HOURS LABOR, WHICH IS THE OIL PAN GASKET REPLACEMENT. $257.96I WILL REIMBURSE YOU THE OIL DRAIN PLUG GASKET $1.31I WILL REIMBURSE YOU THE OIL PAN GASKET $15.63I WILL REIMBURSE YOU THE OIL FILTER $6.90I WILL REIMBURSE YOU THE COST OF THE OIL $14.25TOTAL=$296.05You can then go to the Toyota dealer and get the oil leak fixed. Thank You.

On 9/15/2016, the 2005 GMC was dropped off with a running problem and check engine light. The vehicle did not have an appointment. Our business usually runs about 1 week back up, that will explain the delay in performing the diagnostics.  Upon performing the diagnostics, the technician noted...

the 15 fault codes that were currently stored in the vehicles computer system. We perform multiple air, fuel, and ignition tests to the vehicle. The test results showed engine misfires to cylinders #3, #4, #5. Cylinder #4 was not performing at all, #3 was perform at a rate of 60%, and #5 was performing at a rate of 35%. Compression test were all within acceptable range. Technician noted that 7 of the 8 cylinders has standard resistor spark plugs installed and one cylinder had the appropriate double platinum spark plug but it was well beyond acceptable specifications. At this point our diagnostics were concluded. We then proceeded to call [redacted], our contact for authorization, to discuss our diagnostics. We suggested replacing all the spark plugs with the appropriate AC Delco double platinum spark plugs that are meant for this engine and then to perform a crankshaft relearn procedure. The relearn procedure is standard practice for any vehicle that suffers from engine misfires. [redacted] authorized $325 plus taxes for us to perform our suggested repairs. Upon completion of these repairs, we test drove this particular vehicle longer than most due to the amount of failure codes that were currently in the system. We test drove the vehicle on two different occasions totaling over 20 miles. No engine misfires occurred for us on our test drives. Multiple codes did reset for us on our test drive which we noted and made the customer aware of.  [redacted] made payment and we released the vehicle to [redacted] for delivery per [redacted]'s request. [redacted] called about 30-45 minutes later saying that the truck doesn't run any different then when he had dropped it off. Andy stated to him that we would like to have the truck brought back immediately so we can experience what [redacted] is experiencing. [redacted] said okay and the phone conversation ended. The vehicle never came back. Approximately two weeks went by when BJ received a phone call stating that the truck is still broken down and at another repair facility. [redacted] then told BJ that she felt that she should get some of her money back since the vehicle was still not working. BJ explained to her that if our performed work was faulty, we would refund her money. BJ explained to [redacted] that we need to see the vehicle to be able to inspect and detect what is going on. They have refused to bring the vehicle back for further inspection. After asking a few more questions [redacted] told us that the vehicle was driven to Wisconsin Rapids, that is over 123 miles away!! My question is.... If the engine was not running on all eight cylinders, just like it was when it was brought to us, it was only running on 6 at best. How did it make it up to Wisconsin Rapids? When the vehicle was brought to us it would barely run let alone be able to maintain freeway speeds.  Fact is, we did repair the vehicle. The vehicle left with full power and all misfires were non existent. It sounds like something else went wrong and [redacted] is tired of spending money repairing the vehicle and that is why they are requesting a refund. We were paid to perform a service, we provided a service. We back up our service with a Nation Wide Warranty service that helps in situations like these. There again, sounds like something else has happened to the truck. Unfortunate, we are not responsible for anything except the spark plugs. S&S Research Inc.
