I have read
the customer’s statement of the problem listed in the email. I (Amy S.)
spoke to Ms. [redacted] on the phone in regards to the situation that she felt
occurred on 9/27/15. After review of the video/audio coverage at the front...

that the Assistant Manager and I reviewed on the morning of 9/28/15 we found
the transaction to be handled properly by the customer service representative. The
customer service representative even handed all the money back to the guest at
one point per the guest request.
However, we
have a rule to make the guest happy at any expense and Ms. [redacted] is requesting
$50.00 be refunded. I will have the accounting office issue her a check and
mail to the address listed below in this letter.
