Comfort Inn & Suite Reno Airport

I had boked 3 reservations at this hotel in January for our salesmen. I called and canceled one reservation for [redacted] and I spoke to the owner each time I called. When I called to cancel he told me he did not even have a reservation for [redacted]. This month when I received my credit card statement there was a charge on it for the room. I called to ask about the charge and he told me [redacted] was a no show and I was out of luck since I did not have a cancelation number. He did not give me a cancelation number because he said he did not have a reservation.
