I called the hotel this AM to book a room for the duration of the flooding problems in the county. And I was told that they comfort inn and suites do not service people from the county. they also said that they had too much trouble with people from the county.
Modification/discontinuance of I felt that I was discriminated against because I am a resident of collier county. also they had asked my name and maybe "***" scared them away. they should let the policy be know when they answer, like comfort inn and suites we cant help you if you are from collier county! Also the woman who answered the phone was nice but she said " that the info came from the manager"
