Comfort Inn Sunset Park

Review: The Comfort Inn hotel in [redacted] refuses to give our money back. Our room had visible mildew on the shower head and mildew on the tiles in the shower. We contacted the front desk and they said they'd take care of it. They never went and cleaned it. Upon arriving from a show we had gone to see we didn't have any parking. We called the hotel before booking to make sure we were going to have parking because NY is always hard and we come from Massachusetts where it's not a problem. We tried to ask the front desk where to park but there was no parking in the back or parking off street. There was a construction area at the end of the street and the front desk asked us to move the orange cone and park there but to wake up and move our car by 6 or we can get towed. We wound up parking on [redacted] and left early the next morning back home. Our experience there was so awful. Even trying to resolve the situation the front desk was being rude and at times not saying anything and just staring at me during the dispute. I ask for my money back so I can stay at another hotel but they refused to and there was no [redacted] present. I called customer service (choice hotels) twice before I heard anything back from the [redacted]. The ** emailed me and was very unprofessional, even asking for my card number through email to give me $25. The email was not very understandable, the only thing that was written clearly was the part asking for my card. I responded to the email that very same day and till today 6 days later I have yet to hear back from the [redacted] once again. Customer service is poor, their service is poor, and the hotel quality is poor. I'm am a very disappointed customer.Desired Settlement: I want my money back from the night I stayed.
