Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In the [redacted] description says the following "Airport shuttle service is available at scheduled times during limited hours".? During my cheshe asked for my ID, Credit Card and sign on the paperI was not mentioned during the chenor during my check-out that I was suppose to sifor the shuttle.When I called minutes prior to the check-out she said I just have to come out and wait for the shuttle because its on a runWhen I left the room I saw a shuttle parked by the shuttle area by the front entranceand I asked the front desk during my checked out if that was my shuttle but she said "no, Other shuttle is currently on a run" and after minutes of waiting I got on that shuttle bus that was already parked there and the driver was just hanging around the front entrance by the podiumat around 8:52? I overheard the front desk talking to the driver saying she forgot to write my name down on the list and I needed to go to the airport.? I had no problem going to the hotel from the airportThings that could've prevent this issues are Front Desk notifying me during chethat I needed to sign up for airport shuttleChanging the Hotels.com Descriptionand better training to the front desk workers.P.SI was at Schnucks waited minutes and called front desk times asking where the ride was but never cameso I took the lyft back to hotel and notified the front desk worker? ? Good morningWe received an email that there was a complaint file against Comfort Inn Westport ( [redacted] ) [redacted] ***.? I would like to dispute this case on the grounds of no merit.? None of our descriptions of the Shuttle are referred to as an “Airport Shuttle”.? We are nearly miles from the airport and not an “Airport” property.? ? [redacted] ? does not refer to us as either one of those descriptions.? ? [redacted] was told when he was transported to the hotel from the airport that to return to the airport he would have to make a reservation for the time he would like to goThe shuttle runs to the airport are on the hourAlso, the shuttle is an free amenity and no transport charges are made to the guestIt is not guaranteed and is based on availabilityIt is for all guests and not just [redacted] ***.? He did not make a reservation for the shuttle to take him to the airport or anywhere elseHe checked out at 8:39amThe shuttle arrived back at the hotel at am to take a group that was scheduled to a training class less than two miles from the hotelThe driver dropped the group off and took [redacted] to the airportIt is approximately minutes to the airport from the hotel depending on traffic [redacted] claims that he waited minutes which is impossible since that would be time of pickup at 9:and he was at the airport at the counter inside the airport at 9:34am.? This claim has no merit since the hotel shuttle is an amenity and not a paid serviceIt is not guaranteed and is based on availability.? [redacted] did not schedule the shuttle to take him to the airport and was taken at the appropriate time.? His story is full of inconsistencies.?
