Comfort Keepers Flagstaff

I have been a client of Comfort Keepers in Flagstaff for many years. At first their service was acceptable, but over the last 5 months it has changed drastically until I would not longer recommend this company at all. A few of my current issues with them are relatively minor - consistent failure to return calls as promised and failing to cancel service on days more than 24 hours notice (their requirement) was given.

But my primary complaints about Comfort Keepers are major -failure to send a worker for a time that was requested more than 24 hours in advance (and not notifying me in advance that no one would be sent), sending workers who are so inexperienced that I am unable to leave them alone with my wife (who is in hospice and is the person requiring care (I complained about this to the owner and she admitted to me that Comfort Keepers was essentially training people on my time and at my expense), and withdrawing scheduled acceptable workers with no call and no explanation, leaving me - and I am 97 - at the last minute with potentially no help at all. The first time this last happened I demanded the scheduled worker be put back on and she was; it happened again today and this time the owner failed to reschedule the worker originally promised me, but scheduled another who, although better than most at the company, does not have the physical strength of the one I was promised I would have. It is my current experience over the last five months that the Comfort Keepers in Flagstaff cannot be depended upon at all to provide qualified workers for requested times.
