always possibleMore important is that we send a caring individual to provide careDue to illness or other issues we have not provided care on occasions in The last time being 2/3/It is our policy to call to notify clients whenever we can not coverI see where that call was madeIf we failed to notify them on another visit, then this was a one time error.
