In January hired Comfort Keepers of Dayton Ohio after a lengthy interview with [redacted] LPN Manager at Dayton OhioIt was agreed that 1/hour before caregiver arrival I would get a call so I could dress up for the cold weatherA young lady showed up at 8:AM and starting knocking at the doorWhen I went downstairs I did not find anyone, as she had parked her car on my DrivewayAt around 8:AM I finally went thr Garage door and opened the doorI asked her to go downstairs and clean the basement bathroom and other areasSo I could dress up warm clothesShe broke mt Tub Mat and the work was not satisfactoryThis went on for several months with new people coming and going like a CircusOrientation with a new Caregiver takes an hour which should not be charged After a lady destroyed my Kitchen Cabinets by using the [redacted] to clean the kitchen cabinets Mr [redacted] was a witness to thatHowever no action and reimbursements were madeDuring this time the Long
Comfort Keepers provided poor in-home care for my year old mother They ignored our attempts to correct the situation When we contacted Comfort Keepers (April 2017) about coming to my home to care for my mom, we were told there would be a five minute window for start and stop times This never happenedIf the provider clocked in early or clocked out late, we were charged for every minute Even when we purposely had the provider start/stop exactly on the hour, we were charged extra minutes Obviously, our clock did not match the company's clock (2) My mom could not walk on her own and needed help getting to the bathroom Comfort Keepers continually sent providers who were not equipped (strong enough) to handle my mom We paid $per night for providers to watch TV, read, knit..and wake me to help my mom to the bathroom Comfort Keepers said they would send someone to reassess my mom, but that never happened Twice my mom ended up on the floor because the provider wa
