Comfort Kitchens of New Hampshire

In October 2014, Comfort Kitchens was referred to us by a friend. We went to their store and picked out countertops and ordered them. We were told that we would have them in and installed by Christmas. After numerous phone calls with no response, We went to the store on January 5 to find out what was going on. Their response was "Oh, the one customer we forgot to call", and told us that The manufacturer went on vacation and that we would have our countertops in 2-3 weeks. 2 months later, still nothing. On April 11 we went to the store to demand our money back , only to find out that the tops were in. We told them that they could deliver them the following Saturday at 9am. At this time we still haven't received an apology or an explanation to what happened. On Saturday, the owner delivered our tops. After stating that we wanted to inspect, he threw our products down onto the driveway. We refused the delivery, called the office that we would be there in an hour to get our money.
