I ordered a large leather jacket,received a small so I sent to address for returns,before they even received it they said they would not refund,this was advertised as a Dixon's Garrett moto leather jacket,I received a very small vinyl jacket from Pakistan with how much it cost to manufacture which was 10 us dollars,I paid *** 250$ U.S. I just want a refund.
The jacket bought by customer is totally made custom and according to the customer size which is confirmed by him by email. You can see proof here ***
First of all custom order jackets can't be refunded or return because they are created according to the customer sizes and secondly, when customer contact us that he has issue in size we responded him and asked to send us the pictures of measurements to confirm if there is issue then he didn't replied and just shipped on returned address without our agreement which is violation of our return policy. Proof attached here ***
So unfortunately to violation of our return policy and due to custom order jacket, we can't accept this return.

The jacket is so small I can't even put my arm in the sleeve nevermind try it on.I sent to return address before I received any correspondence in regards to taking pictures of jacket,they sent that message AFTER I informed them that I had shipped the jacket back to them
