Review: I ordered 8 chairs for my dining room. One of the chairs was different from the others. I informed the staff and was told that they would have to wait for the next container to come in so they could exchange all chairs since they can't just change the one. For the past six months I've been given the run around and was actually yelled at by one of the employees. They actually brought me one chair and I thought issue was resolved but turned out chair was a slightly different color then the rest. When I informed them of this I was yelled at by the employee and they asked for a picture which was provided to prove the chair was different color. Again I was told I will have my hairs soon. I didn't have them soon. I called this past week to see the progress and was told I would have the chairs on Saturday. I stayed home all day waiting for the chairs. No one showed up. When I called them to find out where my chairs were, I was told that the delivery men had trouble in Pennsylvania and they can't make it. I wasn't even given a courtesy call.Desired Settlement: I just want the chairs that I already paid for.
