Review: According to the sales contract if funding can not be proven the car should be rendered and the full deposit will be refunded. The business owner wants to keep the car and deposit of 4000.00 dollars. The car was not sold more than 12 hours Pryer.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the deposit.

Our records at Comfort Motors do not indicate [redacted] as a purchaser of a vehicle. Please have the customer forward any documentation (i.e. - bill of sales, retail contract, credit application) from the Dealership. Once received we will be able to address any complaints. Thank you.

Review: The company received payment from me which included tax, title and registration. They wrote tax, title and registration into the sales agreement. They wrote a check to MVA and then stopped payment on the check.Desired Settlement: They need to pay MVA the full amount as well as any charges the MVA placed on the tax, title or registration for the stop payment.
