Henry did a great job in solving my lack of hot water. Also got the a/c up & running. Immediately suited up with shoe booties upon entering our unit. Very professional and did not hesitate to completely explain his findings on our equipment and the repair/fix needed to be made. I used Comfort Now to install a new Air Conditioner, Furnace, and Hot Water heater in one of my rental properties. I worked mostly with [redacted] in the inspection, planning, and installing phases. [redacted] is a pleasure to work with. He provides you with good information and is very responsive in taking care of all your questions and concerns. He is on top of the situation at all times. The installation was great and I am very happy with the work done and the service provided. Bob & his crew always do a great job. They bid competitively and have the customer's satisfaction forefront. Rob did a great job installing our new [redacted] AC unit and furnace coil. Showed up on time and worked diligently through out the day. Bob also registered our unit directly with the manufacturer saving us a lot of time & effort. You can tell that these guys take great pride in their work and know once again that customer satisfaction is tantamount to a firm's success, thus longevity.

The team showed up on time and commenced work right away .They were very thorough and professional. Each one of the team seemed quite knowledgeable of their craft and were able to answer any and all questions that I had. When a situation came up that was unexpected; Dom made a few suggestions. One of his suggestions solved the problem, showing his ability to adapt to the situation. The men explained how each product worked taking extra time for me to understand. Comfort Now installed a new heater & air conditioning unit in my [redacted] house in 10/16. They were on time, neat & clean, did everything they said they would do at a fair price. Also, R.J. [redacted] was very friendly and patient with my wife and me.

We had an electrical surge problem in our home while we were away and noticed there was a problem with the WiFi thermostat. Cole came out the day we called and checked our system and the thermostat to be sure they were working properly. He was very helpful and I would call Comfort Now with any heating or cooling problem.

Comfort Now installed a ductless AC system in a rental unit in Ocean City in spring 2015. In the summer of 2016 a renter called the agent to say the system was not working properly. I called Comfort Now in the morning. They sent a repairman over the same day and got the unit running. No charge. Very pleased!

The technician Cole was excellent. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. I highly recommend Comfort Now.

He provided a comprehensive over view of the service and the new contract for ongoing maintainenece. He also helped me add my hot water heater to the contract.
