Review: I contracted with ComfortAire to install a gas fireplace in my new house. They installed the basic unit and said they would return to complete the work. When they returned they noted that they would have to order a new log for the fireplace because one of them was broken and they did not have the brushed copper faceplate that was supposed to be installed on the front of the unit. After a delay of several weeks (which was not their fault) they got the fireplace working but still had not installed the new log or the copper faceplate. They said they would have to order these. I have stopped by their office on multiple times, called [redacted], and only get the runaround. He blames the problem on his supplier but does not resolve the problem. I have paid him for everything but he doesn't seem to care about his reputation.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace the broken log, finish installing the flame enhancers they have left at my house, and install the copper faceplate. I just want what I paid for.
