Purchased products with a credit card and when I got home realized they had substituted lesser/inferior products Tried calling the company several times and they would not return the call and have not returned my call Very deceptive practices

Stay away from this business,*** the owner of Comfort Pools Incwas hired by us to resurface our pool this summerHe came did the job and right after demanded to be paid in full for the job.We paid him and after a week we realized the pool was leaking and that he didn't sealed it properly.We asked him to fix the leak but he hold us a speach over the phone saying it is not his reponsability and we should call a leak company to fix itWe were away for months after he fixed the pool and during this time the pool got dirty and now its a messWe offered even to pay him to fix the leak but he never helped usBe aware he is a talker and at the end after he gets paid he won't look after

The product purchase does not work they way the salesman said it would
I purchased eye serum and filler syringe in *** in June They salesman was very pushy and complimentary He told me this cream would take the bags from my eyesThe more I used it the more they would shrink He put an application on and it seemed to work, so I purchased The cream does not work as he said It reduces bags for only an hour or so and it does not do anything permanent He charged m $and the cream does not work

At the *** in Las Vegas June 6th I purchased some product My wife didn't want any of it so I went back the next day to get my money back
I was told to call back Thursday, but I knew the show was over Wednesday and I wanted my money back as per their receipte "you have days for a refund" I was there the next day and contacted show security who told me to go to my car and bring the product back Which I did and the vendor was instructed by show security to give me back my money They handed me the $CASH that I gave them the day before and I asked them about the credit card balance and they stated in front of the TWO security men that they credited my card for the balance of $1, After I got home I called *** to make sure that the amount they charged was removed and it wasn't So *** took it off and I filed a complaint It went back and forth and *** and *** gave them back the charge, after they stated they DIDN'T receive the merchandise b

goods demonstrated and agreed to buy $ GAD shipped these goods plus additional goods $6,Did not authorize/agree to this additional purchase
At *** show, GAD had a booth selling product I was talked into a trial of facial product on site After some slick sales talk and demonstration of this product only, I agreed to buy the facial cream product for USD$for my wifeI accept this one charge/amount
I supplied my credit card I entered my PIN security code in view of the seller for this amount $ The seller advised that the card had been declined No receipt or evidence was given for this
Seller requested another cardI understand that transaction was successfully processed for $
The seller would not give me a receipt They placed it in the bag with the goods
They offered to ship me the goods rather than have me carry it I accepted
The goods arrived a few weeks later In the box were also additional product "Volcanic Thermal Mask & Volcani

I was offered a free facial, being yrs old I had never had one, so I came back at the appointed time The owner constantly talked somewhat foreign language, kept saying he was giving me this and that at no charge, how I reminded him of his mother, then asked to see my credit card, here I was without my glasses, and he was shoving receipt paper in front of me I said I couln't sign because I needed my glasses his reply was oh no it's okay, just sign, I kept trying to push off the papers he had covering the amount section of the receipt, to no avail After I got home I found the receipts in the bottom of the bag, I nevr signed the top one for over 3.000.00, there was another for 2,and one for 541, which I had been told would be 241;I am so distressed Can you tell me do I have business days to cancel this purchase as with any other business deal for this amount of money Please help me

Attending a trade show where beauty merchant had a trade show special I agreed to a facial where product used was offered for saleAdditional product was then used on me and I did not agree to purchaseBeing at a show I asked if they could hold my purchaseWhen I returned there are Bag of product which I did not review until I was home There were two additional charge slips for over $10,which were not authorized
Company has very limited hours to receive calls

GAD Beauty sent unwanted products and charged more than double what they said they wouldProducts were returned unopened the next day with delv.conf
Purchase date 10-19- Return Date 10-23-
Wanted one bottle of eye was sent two and sent bottle of filler with syringe never asked or wanted

On Dec4th, I was scammed by GAD Beauty for the amount $This occurred at the *** on the second floorIt was an extremely high pressure sale by many sales personnel who all intervened in the scam Everything transpired quickly and their product and sales slip were placed in a bagThey played on the circumstance knowing I was rushed and attempting to leaveNot only would I refuse to buy merchandise that is nonrefundable, but I would never spend this extreme amount on facial products They never verbally informed me it could not be returned or the amount although it was written in very small print on the receiptsWhen I realized the amount I returned the product and it was then they told me of their refund policyThe address on the receipt differs from the one on their business card and the phone number is no longer in service I also learned that their were others scammed at this vendor booth by this business The GAD beauty people are well train
