I am disappointed with this business as fees are not fully disclosed prior to the site visit and seem to vary from visit to visit.
Requested he charge our AC unit and made the mistake of allowing him to look at our coil which he said needed replacement. We (my wife and I) chose to service only as we are selling the home. He took advantage of our situation and documented on reciept that we refused to replace the coil knowing the real estate agent would see it. Dirty way to drum up business!! Fact is we knew there was a leak as our normal ac tech (he was unavailable) told us it is probably cheaper to service vs. replace and said it was not a big deal.
He stated he could lose his license for not documenting our replacement refusal. Total B.S.!!
My wife felt taken advantage of!!
