I cannot emphasize enough how professional this company is from top to bottom. Our problem was assessed and a game plan was developed without my wife and I feeling like we were being sold a 'bill of goods'.
We had a major attic insulation overhaul due to condensation developing on our interior ceilings in the winter time. Throughout the entire job, Comfort Pro Insulators pros stayed in contact with us. They were very quick to respond to questions and concerns. We feel like we were treated fairly (and respected) which was a welcome feeling after dealing with a local roofing company that communicated and responded poorly.
The crew showed up on time each day (even early!) with a good attitude. They came ready to work and treated our home and property with respect by cleaning up thoroughly. They met our expectations...and then exceeded them in several areas.
The laborers didn't act hassled if I asked them questions about the work being done. In fact, they would take me into the attic and explain what they were doing step-by-step. This showed they were proud of their work.
We would do repeat business with this great company and gladly recommend them to others. Other contracting companies should look at their business model and repeat it action for action, customer for customer.
Comfort Pro Insulators have insulated 3 homes for me in the last 10 years. Excellent job every time! Very professional and courteous staff.
