Bad experience all around, they attempted to some what satisfy my issues but the issues were definitely too much to rectify with a small attempt to say sorry. There is a long list of issues it took over 30 days to do a week job , they installers were unprofessional and uncaring, I did not get the system I originally wanted, one of the filters were thrown away and not replaced ,structure beam
Was cut , dryer vent was destroyed and I had to pay for replacement and fix myself. Diverter was thrown in makeshift style and does not work at all, I was never shown how to use the system or how to maintain it, grates were not installed properly, I had to seal off holes myself that left my home open to garage gases and insects . I had to purchase my own permit , many many more things I could list off .. I regret ever hiring them, I am now having to hire another company to come in and fix issues and install a system that I wanted originally
