In response to the above sent complaint:Our service techs reported that the hinge on the shower was overextended. This is only possible if the customer opened the shower door to abruptly or to wide. A call in regards to issues with this shower did not come in until a week after installation....
This issue is not a warranty problem, however the homeowner did not feel that it was his responsibility or fault either. After attempting to make adjustments, the homeowner still was not satisfied. As this was not an issue due to poor installation on the part of Comfort Screens & Glass Install and the homeowner did not want to be reliable for damages to the hinge, it was decided that unless the homeowner and [redacted] could split the cost, no additional work would take place.[redacted]
