I did get a discount for the install because my ex-husband gave them the job, which they acceptedI have the cancelled check, but that has nothing to do with the fact that I paid to have the ducts cleaned*** came to my house when he looked at the old furnace and said he could clean the ducts as wellIf I had known he didn't have the right equipment to do the job right I would have hired a professional duct cleaning companyHe also said he would refund the money for the ducts back to me which I never receivedHe will not return my callsThis isn't right and I feel like I've been taken advantage ofI just wanted to ducts cleaned since the furnace was being replaced and it wasn't done the way it should have beenI hope you guys can help me with thisThank You, *** ***
