I tried three different times to return her calls and she has no answering machine. I wrote a letter to her and told her that what I was willing to do, per our comfort guarantee, even though she was well outside of the time frame, because of her history and that I want her to be satisfied,
that I would remake her type of orthotic that her doctor recommended with his prescription. I sent a copy of this letter to her doctor as well. I received from *** *** *** *** *** a prescription from her doctor and his assessment of her problems. I am waiting for her to make an appointment to do this for her. She did go to another provider in Illinois to get a different type that the doctor was suggesting, then returned those and came back to me stating that the ones we made are all that she can wear at this time. She said the soft orthotics she got from the other provider did not work for her and were horrible. She has extreme problem feet and is responsible for those. I am here to help and assist her in every way, but she does some distance away. It is her choice to come here and I am happy to work with her but am not responsible for her deformities and problems, and am here to try to assist her. In the letter I sent her, I stated that we cannot give her a refund, since refunds are only allowed within days of dispense, but will gladly make a new product
