Comfort Siding and Windows

(Duplicate complaint filed Closing duplicate and reopening original case.) I am rejecting this response because:
Mike L***, owner of Comfort Siding is refusing to honor the contract we entered into on August 7th, for vinyl siding on my houseIt has been nearly one year since he agreed to do the work and refuses to finish the job. *** *** ***

I wanted to clarify a statement I made under the notes to Revdex.com sectionIf Mike L*** does not want to finish the job I am willing to release him from the contract and use the last payment to have someone else finish the workI wanted to clarify that I am not trying to take the payment away (I am still willing to pay him if he finishes the job in a timely manner) but if Mike does not want to finish the job and he would agree to that, that would be another option I could live withSincerely, *** ***

The business owner stated that the consumer was a factor in completing the work. Contractually, payment was required when the job was completed.The work was finished on 8/27/17. The consumer was given a $discount

The materials were delivered Sept 13 after the customer gave permission to move materials into the garage via text.  He's planning on stating it Friday, Oct 21 pending rain.  It will take a while to finish the project.  They plan on finishing their current project...

before starting the consumer's.  The business owner was in the hospital  for 2 weeks.  His cellphone died while he was there and that is why he didn't get back to her. They put him on 50mg Prednisone, so when he came back to work it went slowly.  After that there was a week of rain, so their business is behindIn the documentation, the business showed that the original start date listed was September 11, 2016.  They told her it would be 4-6 weeks from the start date.  This complaint was filed before the 4 week start date.The business is planning on getting to her project, they are just behind.
