I am rejecting this response because: *** said that the unit recommended would be very adequate for my needs, also on the ton everything from the plenum to the ac closet that was chopped up to hold the new unit. His own techs said the wiring was too light to carry the unit but that was never relayed to me until breakers started tripping. The reason for their service calls was, again poor workmanship not equipment. The reason the the unit was sweating so profusely was it was not sealed properly, again his own people said these things. So, basically he sold me almost 11,dollars worth of junk per your statement, basic model!! I feel the unit would perform satisfactory if all that stated was performed correctly. So, if you cannot correct your problems I will seek further help. I feel you grossly misrepresented your company and yourself. You will not be recommended by me I feel sorry for your future customers

I do not agree with any of these statements at all. My techs also disagree with your statements too. The Basic unit is not Junk either. It is top quality but entry level efficiency, that's all. The plenum is also sealed properly from the work we completed. My quote states, "New Transition to existing supply plenum" anytime we change a unit out if it doesn't include duct work. If you would like us to come by and take another look for you I would be happy, but to accuse my company of this is not fair and any such mention of this type of complaint will be considered defamation of character in a court of law. These statements are 100% False. 1. We agreed to hooked up to existing plenums, electrical and plumbing connections. We have a written and signed agreement with the details on it.2. The leaks and sweating of the ductwork is due to it needing repair or replacement. We did offer these services...

and the customer declined. These repairs were not in our scope of work per the agreement. 3. We did install a new return air on the 5 ton and sealed up their existing plenum on their 2.5 ton unit as well for FREE to help with issues they were having. 4. It states in our agreement that any work needed that a written change order signed by both parties needs to be done before anything outside our agreement will be performed. This was not done either.5. The condensate drain safety is not Bypassed. We also agreed to replace that drain line to where it attaches to their plumbing which we have done.6. These are entry level Bryant heat pump system as the customer chose the most affordable solution to address their many issues. They are both working in normal intended condition.7. All of our work was completed in accordance with state code. 8. We have went to the home for Free a number of times to help fix complaints after hours because they couldn't meet any other time. 9. We have tried to schedule service for their recent complaints and we get no answer or returned phone calls from the wife at the home. 10. We did go out recently to address their concerns and stated these issues have nothing to doing with our agreement and offered to repair them for a charge. 11. Customer is upset we don't make these repairs for free that were outside our agreement. Customer also knew the condition of such materials, electrical, etc before any work was stared. 13. If this doesn't stop we will be taking the customer to court for a defamation of character lawsuit.
