In response to complaint # [redacted] , customer will not be refundedCustomer booked and pre-paid reservation through 3rd party websiteThe rate of pre-paid reservations is very attractive but, upon booking it was stated very clearly that this booking is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferableWe do accept Cash Value Coupons year round for payments, however we cannot refund money back to customer's card and change a method of payment on any pre-paid reservationWe will be happy to assist this guest on his next stay and accept those coupons for a payment (unless he will book a pre-paid reservation or 3rd party again! For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not make a reservation from a 3rd party website as I have stated several times and was confirmed to me from a Choice Hotels employeeI made the reservation from this website *** which is clearly not a 3rd party siteNowhere on your Coupon does it say that it cannot be used when booking on the comfort suites site or that it cannot be used for a choice privileges booking.
