While working in Dallas TX we have been staying at another [redacted] Morning of 8/19/we were scheduled to check out Went down to extend our stay and were told no rooms available My office went online to locate another [redacted] hotel and made reservations at this hotel in Grapevine, TX When we got to the hotel and tried to check in the desk told me that my reservation was for September 4th I checked with my office and they stated they were never asked for dates The very young girl that did not appear to know what was going on told us there was nothing she could do but that they did have rooms available Said she could not change the dates and that we would need to call [redacted] They would not answer the phone In the mean time the original hotel called and said they had a cancellation We checked again to see if the hotel that we were at would honor or reservation for that time She again said no While in route back to Dallas my office got ahold of *

The guest contacted us and we were able to credit his account on 8/22/2017. Thank you [redacted]

I am very upset with this location We arrived at am on October Upon arrival we were told that the water would be off from 11-So we made sure we were up to do what we needed before 11am After returning to hotel that evening we discovered that there was now no hot water Which meant no bath or a cold bath Front desk was called and the only answer from them was sorry maintenance will be back 8:30am tomorrow This is unacceptable She was rude and did not even care Because of a Dallas football game there is not any availability at another hotel unless I want to pay $a night I am requesting a refund for this stay and I will not be staying with this chain again this message is also being posted on website and sent to Revdex.comUnbelievable

I had previous filed a complaint two months ago due to hot water issues during my stayI was promised a refund of one night plus tax which I have never received I made several follow ups to the response from my first complaint but have never received any type of follow up This has been a nightmare the whole way around and promise of some type of compensation was sufficient but to this day that promise has not been kept From the management to the hotel staff -could you please learn how to run a hotel business so that you have customer satisfaction Try to solve the problems as they happen and do not make promises that you do not intend to keep
