The Operations Manager at the Comfort Suites wrote me the exact same thing when I reached out to her about what she was planning on doing about the actions of her employeesI told her that I was keeping in contact with the officer but he could do nothing about reprimanding her employees and I STILL have not received any response from the hotel directly, Corporate, or the CEO of Choice HotelsI'm appalled at the reaction (the lack there of) of this huge hotel chainThis has been handled so poorly, that I'm honestly at a loss for wordsAll I can do is post bad reviews on *** *** and now, try to find out the last names of the house keeping employees so that I can reach out to the local immigration branch to report their employees, who they are clearly not doing anything about
