Comfort Suites Hershey

Review: I have stayed in Comfort Suites [redacted] PA hotel on June 22nd and checked out on June 23rd during my visit to Hershey Park. I have booked the hotel room online thru [redacted] and paid in full with my credit card. I arrived at the hotel at about 9pm on June 22nd and went to the room 304. The door was unlocked but shut. I called the receptionist and ask if she can send someone to fix the door because we need to go out to eat dinner. There was two double bed and sofa bed in the room and we only used two double beds. We sat on the sofa bed but did not sleep on it. We checked out at around 9:30 on June 23rd and everything was fine there was not any other charges. I was checking my credit card bill online to make a payment and saw an unauthorized charged for $650 by Comfort Suite on June 28. I called them why they charged my credit card since I paid the room when I booked the hotel and there should not be any other charges. There answer was sofa bed was damaged. I told the receptionist we have not opened the sofa bed to sleep just sat on it and I am not sure who would cut it. She transferred me to hotel general manager to discuss. I have called him 5/6 times and left him a voice mail messages with details and my phone number but no return call. I have called the Comfort Suites corporate office in MD but they were not able to help me since this is individual own. I should not have to pay for something I did not do. I would like to have this $650 return to my credit card ASAP.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money return to my credit card ASAP.
