Review: I went to Ft Lee, Virginia to attend a military school from 24 APR through 7 June 2016. I spent most of my stay at a Quality Inn. The week before graduation one of their dryers burnt up approximately 430 dollars worth of clothing. I filed a report and their maintenance checked the dryer out while I was filling out the report. The maintenance guy said it was indeed the dryer that caused the damage because of some parts that needed replaced. The manager at the front desk stated that she didn't have that kind of money in her drawer to pay for the damages so we would have to take this up with the corporation. I have had to call this business so many times because they would not call me to give me updates. Every time I called, it was very hard to get a hold of the manager and when I did she stated that they would only give me fair value for my clothing and that's very unfair considering most of the clothes were military and cost a lot of money. I finally said that I would settle for $300.00 because I was sick of dealing with this unsatisfactory business. On July 15th 2016 the manager of this establishment said that the corporation would cut me a check. I automatically asked for how much and she couldn't answer that. That instantly threw a red flag for me. Now it is July 20, 2016 and no check in the mail. This business has been nothing but a hassle to deal with and I don't believe I will get my money from them so I am submitting this report.
