Review: I checked into Comfort Inn suites on November 27th 2015 @ around 4am in the mor ing upon check in I was informed I would be charged $277 for a 2 night stay I made sure with the front desk lady if that was all that was going to be charged she said yes I informed her I was from sacramento and tight on cash and we were going to Legoland in the morning. She checked me in everything went smooth until the following night I got an alert on my phone that $79.00 had been taken off my debit card and 132$ was declimed 6 times I immediately went down to the front desk I approached the same lady as the check in lady she informed me that it was a mistake on her part and that HER BOSS SADIE said I was suppose to have gotten charged a early check in fee that no one informed me about and sadie went ahead and put through the transaction. I was never informed they took off the money and they don't know why it was declined 6 times for $132 and ive been calling daily and leaving messages at the front desk since I found out they have taken the money off my account with no authorization. Sadie refused to return any of my calls and everytime I called the front desk staff said neither her nor the building manager were in. I dont see what kind of business they are running but it is totally against the law to authorize card transactions without the customers prior approval. I am from sacramento and had to have my mom wire me money because of the burden they caused my family on our holiday weekend. I finally talked to sadie on December 15th almost 3 weeks later and she fails to give proper reason why she took miney off my debit card and I feel like this company violated my privacy and basically stole miney from me. Who knows how many people they have done this too with out the customers noticing. For all I know they are taking miney for customers for themselves. Not a good way to run a business and definitely not a good manager training employees.Desired Settlement: I want my money that was not authorized refunded to me I never once was notified on comfort inn suites behalf that they were going to take money off my card and that is totally unprofessional on behalf of the manager Sadies part. Id be happy with a hotel credited for 2 day stay in Sacramento if they cant refund my money but I want my money refunded. They need proper training on how to manage and run a business.
