Comfort Suites Nashville Airport

First of all, my reservation was for (and confirmed, I have the printed confirmation) a King, handicapped, suite. When I checked in, they told me that since they were full, I had been moved to a Standard,double. I expressed my displeasure of them changing my reservation without so much as a phone call or even asking me, but the front desk told me they were full and had no choice but to move me. When I got to the room, it wasn't even a double, but a single bed, so small my feet hung over the end!

I called the front desk and expressed my displeasure again. Once more, I was told they were full and had no other room to move me to or to fulfill my reservation. I then went online and guess what? They were advertising online, rooms for the night, including a King, handicapped suite! So, I called the front desk again and this time asked for the GM. They said he was busy and didn't have time to talk to me! I thus asked for a return call from him telling them I was going to complain to him about my reservation not being honored, yet them advertising vacancies online! I never heard from him!

Friday, I called and asked for the GM again and once again, was told that he was busy. I asked for a return call - again, I never heard from him.

When I checked out this morning, I went to the front desk with my keys and my "advance folio" to check out and get a final folio. After standing in line waiting for over 10 minutes while both front desk men were on the phones, finally one of them, looked up and mouthed to me, "need something"? By now, I was disgusted and just gave him my keys and left.

Now, this evening, I see that instead of charging my cc the $131.78 that is listed on my reservation and on my "advance checkout folio", they have charged my cc $71.39 twice! What is it with this place? WOW! I can't believe it!

Can anyone get through to them?
